I was just thinking about cassettes yesterday and how it's been ages I saw some in stores. I mean the ones you tape other shit with, not the ones that already have music on them

the irony is that you can get exclusive cassettes online now (often beat tapes) but they come at - what I consider - a hefty price for a casette

I haven't seen any new music on cassettes in stores yet though. how bout round your way?

True hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I'm surprised she said she don't have any kids in a interview I saw her on Youtube which is a few years old.

I know that they still release albums on cassette in Asia and Europe, so they probably still sell recordable cassettes over there as well.

I don't fuck with record store day, the record stores here are over crowded with hipsters, prices are jacked up and anything good is put on hold before RSD anyway. I got that Outkast a few years back but I spend so much money supporting record shops anyway. RSD has become a hipster thing here.

I usually go to the major record fairs which is better for digging. A lot of years the major record fair near me coincides with RSD anyway. I really regret not picking up Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars last time I went.

I'm surprised there's hardly any record stores near you guys. I can think of about a dozen specialist record shops within a 2 suburb radius near me and about 5-6 more in the city plus a des general music shops that sell vinyl plus all the op-shops that usually have shitty records. I always thought that our selection sucked.
