Finally, best I could find.. No Heaterz though..
Based on quick research, I think this is the best you're going to get. Varying s/q, but it has most of the tracks (including heaterz), and none appear to be loops. I can't find any evidence that there was an actual inst lp released at any point, which is very surprising...

I don't think an official instrumental lp was released either. we would have read about it on the forum before
enjoy those instrumentals

I remember The The M.G.M. (Alternate Instrumental) was looped by me. I think that DJ Storm originally had these instrumentals.
Thanks again hiphopjunky
I never had the official versions of:
Reuntited
Maria
A Better Tommorrow
Deadly Melody
Duck Seazon
Hellz Wind Staff

Glad some of you are enjoying
Once I realized I didn't have an instrumental version (aside from that white label looped vinyl), I felt like I had to find one
man those fucking drums RZA conjured up in those days... fuuuuuck, "Wu Forever" was a raw ass album. pure hip-hop, nothing but beats and lyrics for days, stripped down to its essentials, barely any hooks even

Yeah that one is a gem, it has been out at least since the late 90's though. I have a vinyl test pressing and then I remember seeing a white label issue of the Step In The Arena instrumentals shortly after in Beat Street record store of Brooklyn.
Here's someone on eBay selling the Forever instrumentals in a 5-pack of Hip Hop instrumental albums: http://ebay.to/2oDOriO
Noone got Black Shampoo but Math. Will upload what I got from the Wuki pack.
