    Amazing. I see guys at the gym who're twice as big and can't even get up 350lbs.

    Shit dude. My one rep max is 3 plate. That was on SARMS. This Asian nigga got real short arms, but 410 is still impressive.

    I have a Vietnamese friend that's like this. I can't remember his max but it makes no sense to his actual frame and weight. We used to have him arm wrestle and beat the shit out of people twice his size.

    Fluoxymesterone. Increases strength massively without a massive gain in size.

    Even so in my opinion it takes nothing away from the lift. He's in the 0.5% or lower of people that'll be lifting weight that high with such a small body mass.

    His form is very good also.

    Most lifts are much more difficult for people that are tall also, Which is why I have so much respect for Haf₫ór, to be 2.06m tall and be second strongest man on earth is an incredible acivement.

    Yeah man, It makes a massive difference to the form for benching, I was an ignorant idiot in my younger years of training, always bar to chest, but i'm also 6ft4 and long as fuck arms, and for years i always had fucked shoulders from benching, now days i stop 1.5 - 2 inchs off my chest, weight i was lifting went up and up and no more rotator cuff issues.

    bar to chest is no issue on short peoples shoulders as they can reach chest and are maybe 1/2 inch past parrlel.

    I also use the bar for deep chest...bar as a dip in it that spans the width of the body so you can go down further.

    Haha I work workout in my kitchen, bench, free weights, chicken breast and shakes within arms reach. OR I WAS. starting up tomorrow. Been doing 40mi per week on a track style bike.
