Default Wu-Tang Forever, 19th Anniversary today

Man, I was in the 8th grade.. went with my homie to Music World and bought both the CD and Cassette version.

Giving it a full spin today in homage.

edit: Still remember my mind being blown playing with the Enhanced CD shit when I got home too. haha

Yeah, that coin was on my keychain for like 5 years. Drilled a hole into it in shop class that day.

I got the coin in Holland too. Skipped school on both the Tuesday and Friday, not knowing which day the CD would be in. Got it at 9am, stood outside the shop for an hour prior. Best feeling ever.

Little Ghetto Boys was the one track I wanted to hear in full the most at release, and Reunited.

Jewel case had a cardboard cover around it. The coin was stuck to the cardboard cover and both were enclosed by shrink wrap.

First time hearing about the coin

I was 13 at that time...had to wait for my older cousin to dub it to casette for me like he did with all the rap stuff because my mom wasn't allowing me or my sister to buy that stuff (insert crying michael jordan)

my dad was always playing rap, but he only fucked with west coast and southern stuff so i had to wait weeks for my deadbeat stoner cousin to copy that shit...but when i did, it was glorious.

    thanks for posting that coin.

bought it early in the morning the day it dropped. I only had classes in the afternoon that day (university)

it was one of the last cds I bought before I moved to Germany for a while

I remember skipping past the intro track half way through it lol and then enjoying the goodness. I remember For Heavens Sake was my fav for the first few listens.

can't even begin to count how many times I played this
    Retired.
