Trues out Blue still records and is a data scientist now which is cool. I listened to her stuff from this year and it sounds like 95 Wu

Just came across this too:

Wu-Tang: failing the internet tubes since 1997
In a book The Wu Tang Clan And RZA A Trip Through The 36 Chambers By Alvin Blanco there's a quote about this album: "RZA also planned to release an album with Blue Raspberry, who was the Wu-Tang’s primary female vocalist before Tekitha, called Blunted Soul, which did not come to fruition"
"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth" (Rev. 3:15-16)
Whoa, that book is already 10 years old. Had never heard of it.
So this all sort of figures:
At first Blunted Soul was a Blue Raspberry project
This evolved into a RZA R&B project.
This project never got released
Some of these tracks ended up on the Wu-Tang Mix Big Kapp tape.
And the Blue Raspberry project never got released.

When I heard about Blunted Soul in the 90s, I remember having such blind faith in The Rza that I automatically assumed it would take Soul music to a new level. Good old days. (Btw Christbearer is the only wu affiliate apart from Timbo King and rapping Tekitha I ever liked. Hold on: La the Dark, Killah Priest too, and Superb before he was a childmolester.)
