Cosign. It'll take a miracle for a Wu related album, especially by a general, to have those kinda production credits and guests these days.

On the whole I like the track. I do tend to agree on the general consensus here although I do like the beat and I think thematically it does fit the subject matter. I like the idea of Gza making concept albums but I'm not sure if this Theme of Space, Dark Matter etc is going to be able to sustain a whole album and maintain a relatability with it's listeners. I don't expect him to be on some street shit now that he's in his 50's but I think maybe he should take a look at artists like MF Doom or Madlib to see how good relatable concept albums are made.

I think the one positive I will take away from this song is that it's great to hear Gza energized on the mic again. He sounded great.

I agree with a lot of you other cunts. Most everything about this track is dope, but not really into the subject matter too much. Cool for one song but dunno how an album will go. He sounds more naturally enthused here. On the last couple of Clan albums he somethymes sounded like he was trying too hard to sound enthused, and it was awkward at thymes.

This album is the only thing I have been really interested in from the Wu camp probably since his last solo. Was that before or after CL2? I was interested in that too. And ABT too. Always interested in Clan albums.

I will buy the album. Wu Clan and Gza albums are the only hip hop I'd still buy. And Holocaust if he puts out (semi) official stuff.

Oh and El-P. I'd still buy his solo albums.

really dig this joint.. i think the beat and the vocals compliment eachother really well. i don't think a DJ Premier type headnodder would work with these lyrics. this is much more along the lines i was expecting to hear from a GZA album and he delivered...

i'm very fine with this concept although it's something i don't know much about.. there's too much hip hop rehashing the same old shit, at least this is something ENTIRELY NEW for the genre. Props to GZA, but you better come out with this soon...

i would think one of the main reasons this is taking so much time is bc GZA is working harder than he ever worked on lyrics before. it would be a total failure if a third of the rhymes turns out to be misunderstood science on his part LOL.

i disagree that there is too much hiphop rehashing the same shit. it depends what your looking for,, alot of artists(rappers) evolve / grow up/ mature over time some just make the same bars wit the same 50 words.

Doubt an entire album would sound like this, especially content-wise. You know GZA and his concept-based tracks...maybe he is a bit nerdy and he geeks out over the solar system and that's why he has more enthusiasm in his voice. Not sure about you, but I would take an album of tracks that sound like this over an album with his slow, semi offbeat flow (my dude has struggled in recent years, and I have not heard a lot from him since BTS that I recall liking as much as I would have back in the day.

GZAs thing has always been extended metaphors. I can see him using space theories as a jumping off point/theme, maybe using sci-fi references etc. But a whole album of literal science explanations is probably not going to be that interesting. But we'll see.

Excellent track! I've been a space nerd since my inception and hearing that GZA was going to do a space themed album was a dream come true. He's one of the very few lyricists I feel could actually execute this concept properly. I don't mind waiting so long as he delivers a quality album; after all I just waited 7 years for a new Maxwell album and he absolutely delivered.

I fux with this joint. A 12 track album of quality production & enthusiastic, tight rhyme schemes could make for a good record. With something as left field as the concept for this album, execution is key.

in my honest opinion..if Gza really wants to do a whole space themed project, he would do good working with producers like blue sky black death ,or st peter who did some excellent work on physcic world of walter reed
