I haven't been to the gym since the pandemic started even though china virus is nowhere near as bad here my gym restricted the hours and doesn't do 24/7 anymore, I'd be almost embarrassed to see what my gainz™ are now after 7-8 months of no work. I am considering putting a power rack in the garage though

Also whoever mentioned triceps is on point, I do a variation of 5x5 which has accessory work and on the days where you don't do a conventional bench press you do a close grip bench to work the triceps it's magic and on the other days do a triceps extension.

I had a back injury last month and still recovering. I was deadlift 460lbs. I did a second rep and I felt a sharp pain and then a pop (yes, I had a belt on). I could barely move. First time that ever happen.

I went to the chiropractor the next day to get an exam. The X-Ray showed that my spine was twisted. It took four visits to make the adjustments to my back.

My knees have been bothering me for a while now. I need to get that checked out, too.

No more deadlifing and squatting for me.

Yes. I still feel a little pain here and there. The doctor did a good job adjusting me.

finally developed a consistent workout regimen. The missing key for me was finding new ways to challenge myself and build strength. I'll start doing more Farmers like Origin said, didn't know it was effective.

Thanks. I still feel back in my lower back but it's not terrible. I'll stick with light squatting and dead-lifting.
