    Achilles tendon injury in the first game, 9 months out. He lives in my area, really nice guy. I wish he stayed playing with us instead of going to the rugby sevens bullshit. That's his career over with he's 31 already and won't be the same again. Best rugby league player I ever saw, don't care for union so I don't know how he stacks up there but a 2 X World Cup winner with the all blacks says a lot.

    there seems to be a lot of brouhaha over a journalist from the daily beast who walked around the olympic village, smartphone loaded to the brim with dating apps, trying to find out just how sexually active the athletes are

    the story must be making quite the splash since even in my neck of the woods they're reporting about the controversy that ensued when the journalist implicitly outed a load of gay athletes (who had contacted him via the grindr app), quite a few of them from countries where being gay is forbidden, by law by posting a shitload of details about them

    Why do some people act so surprised when these amateur athletes in peak physical condition want to fuck?

    I don't get the outrage other than the outing of gay athletes who could potentially be harassed or assaulted In their homelands.
