that and his chick-clubbing scene in Gravel Pit lol

I still have all the W music vids on an official DVD, album is hardbody

Hollow Bones is my shit though, I feel like a lot of producers copied that style of beat afterwards (loop with no additional drums, lot of Marciano beats sound like that)

Agreed - I still listen to The W often and, for me, those two songs are the top reasons why!

Hmm thinking back I don't think that Conditioner is the weak track I would give that to Do You Really.

Also agree with some Ghost Dog tracks should've been on The W. I'd even say that should have been a Clan soundtrack

Can’t remember if I posted this here before but I picked up a copy of The W a few years ago and it had a sticker on the back cover, with the tracklist printed on it. The sticker was placed over the actual tracklist printed on the cover. When I took the back cover out there was a totally different track sequence originally. I’m not sure if this is how the album was originally intended but the running order was like this…

    01. Intro (Jah World) feat. Junior Reid / Chamber Music
    02. Careful (Click, Click)
    03. Hollow Bones
    04. Conditioner feat. Snoop Dogg
    05. The Monument feat. Busta Rhymes / Intermission (Jah World)
    06. Do You Really (Thang, Thang)
    07. One Blood Under W feat. Junior Reid
    08. Let My Niggas Live feat. Nas
    09. Gravel Pit
    10. Shaolin Finger Jab
    11. Protect Ya Neck (The Jump Off)
    12. Redbull feat. Redman
    13. I Can’t Go To Sleep feat. Isaac Hayes / Outro

Why all the last minute changes…?!! Why did Shaolin Finger Jab get cut…?!!

    Peace!

Do You Really is dope, Meth kills it.
As for myself: I had come to the conclusion that there was nothing sacred about myself or any human being, that we were all machines, doomed to collide and collide and collide.

One of the best opening lines and I don't know what the fuck he talking about lol.

Side note, Conditioner was aiiight BUT they should've kept that GZA freestyle at the end as a solo track, he killed that shit, should've kept spitting....

    I enjoyed this album.
