The last week has been the worst time of my life

Hey wu corp FAM I was in a very serious fight two weeks ago. A guy threw a bottle at me
aVnd attacked me so i disarmed him and beat him pretty bad. So last week im walking through an area not far where I live and i get grabbed by police, they drive me to the precint.
Question me for two hours about the fight come to find the same day i fought him, he ends up dead and they find him floating in a river four days later. So i ended up knowing his girlfriend and this cunt told the cops that i killed him. So during the interrogation they say they have a witness claiming I killed him so I'm like whatever because I know I'm innocent.
Anyways I'm cleared as a murder suspect but the whole ordeal was fucked up!
This dude was drunk he was a homeless guy and he asked me for money for food, so I told him I'll buy him something to eat. He says no and says some racist shit so I told him to go fuck off', so then he threw the bottle at me. The bottle barely missed me then he throws a punch, I duck the punch kick him in his knee and then knock him out with an uppercut. Then I make sure he wakes up and is OK.

@ nicky : tbh I don't see how that guy being homeless makes a difference. the guy threw a bottle, you can either react to it or not, depending on your mood I guess and especially on whether you think he's gonna pull more shit on you the next moment, but personally I wouldn't let the fact that the dude is homeless factor into my decision
