All you need is a PC and a WiiU and you get the best of everything that's good. I hope Nintendo actually make enough copies of this thing unlike the NES remake lol

Its already sold out at many retailers, cant help but think Nintendo has one guy handcrafting these at the factory.

So I randomly walked into a store and got myself a Switch just because I wanted to play Zelda.

The game is great, not sure if its a 10/10 as all the reviews suggest. I like that its a difficult game, you die a lot. The 3d Zelda games have all been easy. You get killed with one shot most of the time. I like the shrines, the puzzles in them are interesting and are well done. The dungeons are a bit short and thats my only gripe with the game. Its up there with Ocarina of time and Majoras Mask for me.

So basically i paid £320 for one game. I can't say much about the Switch, its smaller than i thought. The game runs well in handheld mode. It needs more games urgently though. Once people are finished with Zelda then the Switch will be collecting dust unless other good games come out.

I got a taste of Zelda for a couple hours over the weekend and yeah it's pretty amazing

the world is super interactive... like I found out you can raise your body temperature by using red peppers to cook spicy food to avoid taking cold damage in certain areas

took me a while to get used to the new controller though

So the Zelda game which is emulated to PC now has a multiplayer mod on for it. It's officially better on the PC than the system it was designed to carry lol

No surprise that Super Mario is an excellent game. Good ol platforming, gameplay is great, the cap mechanics add a new gameplay element to the game. The levels are smart, theres a fuck load to do, loads of secrets. I love the 2d parts in the levels. I just wish there was a hard mode option, Nintendo should really look to add that in. Otherwise its a perfect Mario game.

yeah saw IGN give it a perfect 10

pretty amazing how Nintendo keeps the Mario franchise fresh game after game for like 30 years

They manage to make something as simple as using your hat to extend your jump create a whole new gameplay element. There are coins in weird areas where you gotta utilise some god tier platforming jumps to get to.

Theres an insane amount of nostalgia near the end of the game to. Especially post credits.
