As expected after the last two movies. This looks more over the top tho, judging by the trailer?

It's a lot more drama in this film and not as much action. Great story.

Apes together strong! Saw it last night, definitely as good as parts one and two. Nice play on Apocalypse Now too.

I got love for all POTA movies. I've watched the seventies movies a couple of times.

About the Mark Wahlberg/Tim Roth movie ... I never understood why it was critically panned. It was a good plot with very solid performances. I like where they went with the end of the movie too.

I never watched the animated show nor the live action tv show though.

Recently I found out to my surprise that the very first movie was based on a FRENCH novel.

This new movie didn't add much to the series imo but that's what happens with sequels. Still a good watch.

i have to agree with this, all it did was get overly dramatic and ended such a great character in a pathetic way, hell even the villain wasn't as menacing as i wanted, woody harrelsons character could have been more sinister and deranged imo
