Default Who here fuxcs with samurai showdown?

This weekend I knocked the dust off (very much literally) my neo Geo.

Samurai showdown 2 for me has always been in the same league as street fighter and mortal kombat. It's the only other fighting game that is, IMO. I hugely prefer street fighter and even would prefer mk, but I still think ss is in the same league quality wise.

I have really only ever played ss2, tho I did actually buy the anthology for Ps2 some years ago. Like most games I own tho, I don't think I've actually played it. I also found out tonight that there's a world heroes anthology on P's2. Will cop.

Anybody here fucxsk wit' samurai showdown?

MK and SF are ight but like if you want a real fighting game gotta cop Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 for the PS2.

Man wtf even that name sounds complicated. None of those more modern fighting games ever looked very trill to this player. No way is anything ever fucking wit' SF tho. SF vs X-Men was the peak, mayne. MK 3 was the best I played in that series.

Do the knowledge, my body like a Barbie.

Task to complete at work this afternoon...

Order art of fighting anthology, world heroes anthology, fatal fury anthology, and arcade stick for my Ps2.

    Lolololololol

My neo Geo is very Moody. Pretty hard to get it going. And then it can just fuck up at any point and you have to reset it 50 thymes again.

I have kof '95 and '97 on the neo geo, as well as aof2. Also noticed I've got kof 2000-2001 on ps2. That was a big surprise.

I watched a bit of a video of aof3 and I noticed you can stomp motherfuckers when they're on the ground, trololololol.

The cunt thing about the neo geo is that most the games are really hard even on the easiest setting. I don't believe I've ever played through any of them even on the easiest settings, which I always select. Except for I think either fighter's history dynamite or samurai showdown. Pretty sure I've played through one of them a few thymes and it says you've gotta play on a harder level to see the end sequence. World hero's 2 i can make it to the final guy and then he absolutely fucking destroys me every thyme. Pretty sure I've never won a round against him. He's fucken ridiculous.

Holy fuque, i just searched neo geo games on eBay and some of those motherfuckers are going for thousands now. The cheapest listing was for kof '97 at $110. I own that one. The most expensive was one of the metal slug games at $10, 500.
