Has anyone watched the new one yet? Gonna check it out later.
Yeah, there's two new ones actually. Pretty good.
We do it for the people.
Oh really. I just watched Equanimity, it was well done but I thought he was coasting in places. He shouldn't have spent so long on Trump, that cretin is already inescapable and has been discussed to death from every angle.
I liked The Bird Revelation better, very interesting take on the media/celebrity game.
He did the trump thing well because it was really about what it's like if the president isn't reassuring. Most people just harp on 'HeeEz so stupId' which is lame.
I think both specials were some of his best work ever if not his best work.
I am about 25 minutes into the Equanimity one. Hilarious so far. This man is definitely one of the GOATs. Peace
Both are great !
Definately worth the watch.
As much as i dont see it happening
Id like to see him do another season of chapelle show.
Again wishful thinking.
I think he will just keep putting out his stand up acts.
Easy pay day.

Non Ignorants
he's a better comedian now than he was then. A new chappelle show would be really heady and ppl would get mad cause it's not an exact replica of the previous. Donnell Rawlings did say that dave'll be executive producing more now before
Both are good. The second one where he tells the story of the Pimp relating it to his trip to Africa was very well done.
They both got bad reviews simply because of Dave's transgender jokes.
homies need to fuck off

He didn't even say anything bad about trans people, just poked a little fun at them and he made it clear that he wasn't attacking them but the hypocrisy of the social system etc.
The trans community needs to pick their battles. Comedy should be exempt from debates about what people should and shouldn't say in the first place. Comedy will get boring very quickly if the humanist agenda makes certain topics off limits.
