Ice T still raps? I wonder how many tracks L'Orange is producing, the more the better.

Who is Radar Van? But Keith has been associated with tons of crooks & wack artists over the years lol Denis Deft, Dane Uno, Jacky Jasper, Tim Dog. A LOT of his friends & collabortators are shady. Until he got the big payday for the Octagon sequel, he was working with any random youtube Mc who would pay him. Keith himself has done a ton of bad business to people, especially live audiences, promoters and record labels.

But I hope this is good. This is the first time he's worked with Marc Live in like a decade. Ice T has rapped with Keith quite a bit recently. Kinda disappointing that Keith isn't producing this like the original Black Elvis but his own beats are pretty amateurish. Likely, he had a ton of help producing the original.

But I'm not a fan of Keith's newer stuff. His music was almost un-listenable porn raps & bitter whining until he married some new chick who became his manager, has him dressing like he's 17 and rapping about cars, champagne and clothes (like he used to diss mainstream rappers for rapping about). But his IG shows its apparently made him a lot of money (which I'm guessing she's getting most of). At the same time, his rapping hasn't been this technically good and "commercial" since the late 90s even if he sounds the same every project... so it might be a decent follow-up. The Octagon sequel was pretty alright.
"Why are you looking hard with a hood on and Timberland boots, staring at me for one hour..? When you could walk up and shake my hand? Why?"

he has plenty of bad songs with terrible rapping. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjjGPaVhdt4

but his flow has been fine since the last Octagon project. its his subject matter that is boring and generic now. hopefully Black Elvis has him rapping about more than pussy, cars & sneakers.

I read a story where KK attended a RZA concert. He was standing in the crowd and booing RZA in-between songs telling him his stuff was weak lol
Only a few years ago Hip Hop purists may have felt superior listening to hard core while their less enlightened companions snacked on commercial rap. As Shaolin research began to point out the overwhelming benefits of raw production, true hip hop enthusiasts started turning back to traditional styles. Wu-Tang in particular, has been shown to myriad beneficial effects, from warding off ignorance and poverty to reducing the risk of incarceration and death.

Lol, I hope thats true. Keith hated so many great old school rappers and praised so many awful new ones. The ultimate contrarian. He dissed RZA as "Robby Analog" because he thinks Wu Tang copied him having lots of aliases and horror-ish lyrics. It possible since a few Wu guys have done tracks with Keith.

Another "single". Not bad but Keith sounds identical to the last 20 projects. Was hoping he would get into the Black Elvis/space gimmick more but I get its a cashgrab. Dude is a legend whos put out more great music than the top 20 new rappers combined. He's near retirement and wants to make all the money he missed by not selling out as a young man.

I'm glad Marc Live is back rapping and producing some of this.

just from rrradddrrr van's delivery you can tell he's on the thin line between dumb and retarded. when kool keith steals the mic you can tell the difference between vannie's one flow slow mo monotone and the dynamic suppleness of the gawd kool keith. marc live is marc live lol. he would probably be a good mailman or that guy you see at the dmv
