Most shows of all genres end up a bit ridiculous after a while. Theres only so many realistic/believable scenarios they can do before they run out and need to raise the stakes.
I'd argue that the premise for this show is pretty unlikely to start with, but I guess the novelty wore off for you. There isn't a fall in quality to me.

Good final season, both parts. The very last episode was fitting, in various ways.
Some critics seem to be saying part 2 of season 4 is 'too emotional'. No.

I've only watched the first 2 eps but I thought they were good. Surprised at how Hip Hop centric the first ep was - rinsing Illmatic for the soundtrack and Killer Mike randomly showing up.
Gonna get through the other eps fast when I have time.
Some people said that it was the weakest season, what do you think Hal?

Soooo… how do y’all feel about now it ended ?

I think S4 was as good as the others, I don't see a decline. Part 1 of S4 is a bit more action oriented than part 2, maybe that's what some people are getting at.
Maybe some people prefer the cartel stuff over the family dynamics stuff, but I love how both things are intertwined.
Yep, I'm sold on S4.

Great point . I do quite like those endings that leave a lot to your imagination.

The writers really gave up at the end there.

^finally got through the last season. It dragged somewhat at the end. I think they ended this so it could make an additional season or one off miniseries or movie down the road at some point.
Stripped of our language, walked around nameless Amongst the strangest, a heart full of anguish Taught life is dangerous
