Amazing how everyone thinks they know things for certain. A commercial release is totally different from a private sale of a work of art. Samples are samples, and in the US one could get sued for anything at anytime. It doesn't mean a law was broken. Ever wonder how Warhol could sell pieces of art using copyright protected images of Marylin Monroe or Coca Cola bottles, Campbell soup, etc. Stop thinking you know it all because that's not the case, at all. But believe what you want.
I asked you this in one of the 100 threads made about OUATIS about if you had to get samples cleared and if that's why there was a restriction on how/when/where the album or music could be sold.
You replied with something like, I don't want to go into details about that at this time.
So, are you able to get into details about it at this time??
