"Ghostface Killah Talks 'Supreme Clientele 2', Says New Wu-Tang LP May Come Out Early 2018"

From what I gathered, he has had a change of heart about putting the 7th Clan album out before his sequel SC2, and says these projects will all drop in a row. He was keeping quiet on upcoming projects before. From my understanding, the order is something like this now:

- Official Wu-Tang Clan 7th Studio Album - 2018 (he says top of the year, he's in the middle of it, I'm taking it as wishful hoping)
- Supreme Clientele Presents...Blue & Cream: The Wally Era (85% done)
- Wu-Block 2 (sequel collab with Sheek Louch ; still titled Hidden Gems?)
- "Other Project" (My guess is the Ghost x KP x Tragedy collab project The Powers of Attraction)

There's also the DOOMStarks collab which he has no say on release since that's in MF DOOM's hands and DOOM has been sitting on that for years. Ghost sort of gave up on speaking on that, he's already told DOOM the people want it a handful of times.

A sidenote: The Adrian Younge produced 12 Reasons to Die albums and 36 Seasons with Soul Temple's The Revelations band are not Ghost solo studio albums but collaboration albums. The Saga Continues is not a Wu-Tang Clan studio album but a Mathematics compilation being pitched as a Wu-Tang album. Supreme Clientele 2 will be Ghost's 10th full studio album since Apollo Kids. Everyone seems confused on these points everywhere.

Like RZA said, all Ghost does is music. Dude is focused. Hardest working of the whole Clan and most consistent.

His collab albums got him sidetracked for a few years. And he's been touring recently.

Seems like he's about to get back on track!

I wonder whether the Powers of Attraction is suffering a setback from KP losing 'two years worth of work' as he stated on Twitter a few months back (shout out to the wu chamber dweller who posted a screenshot). Same goes for his mixtape project with 4th. And the Moon Crickets album.

Yes, SC2 I'm looking forward to that as hard as I looked forward to Cuban Linx II. That album was always so inspiring being abstract lyricism at its finest. That album to me is actually the best abstract rap album ever. I actually think no rapper could touch 1997-2000 era Ghost. That time he almost stomped out Big Tigger on BET's Rap City: Tha Bassmint? Young Ghost was a hardbody and his lyrics were the most vivid.

Yeah, I do think Wu Block 2 is coming. He does mention in the video "then the Wu Block joint". I know alot of us pegged it as not happening since there was no mentions of it forever. But about a year ago, I caught a interview where Ghost said he wasn't going to mention his upcoming projects for a while and keep quiet on what was coming next, because it ruins the promotion and dies down the hype when they don't meet expected release dates. That's why I had to post this, because he's finally confirming them. Which is great!

KP has been hanging out with Ghost everywhere I've been seeing the last few years and they did Wu-Goo together. I know they originally conceived of a collab album between them to be called 'Natural Born Killers' but I believed it morphed into KP joining the Tragedy Khadafi collab merging two collabs into one. I think KP has alot of projects as you mentioned but I'm hoping that their Powers of Attraction project would be in Ghost's hands, maybe at his studio? I know he started a new imprint recently, Supreme Records. Ghost has been executive producing stuff since the early Wu days. Just hopin' it's not that. KP's lost files may be the Moon Crickets stuff. Seems like that project was in KP's hands and it got mysteriously delayed.
