I tried to pre-order the physical album through the site. but after I entered my address and was sent to PayPal, PayPal stated you have not taken the necessary steps yet to accept payments. It also said PayPal sent you a note about this

Can you give us a heads up on here when you've completed the last few steps on PayPal? I will then gladly try to pre-order again.
