Muddywaters is classic too
N.I.
The joint with Christiana Aguilera is his best
his albums were bloated, but are full of great tracks. i've never really been one to listen to albums front to back even back in my pre-computer days, but if that's a big deal for you, surely 90% of rap albums are trash?
i don't think i could name more than 10 or maybe 20 hip hop albums i would listen to front to back and at least 5 would be wu tang.
I don't mind skits, especially if they're great like 36 Chambers. I can't imagine 36 chambers and Cuban Linx without their skits. It's rare that they complement the music but when they do they make an album and experience.
Redman's skits are all great. I've laughed out loud listening to his albums. I can listen to Muddy Waters front and back and used to back in the day. Idk how I forgot how much I like the album. Redman has a lot of personality and the skits help because the songs aren't enough.
exactly what im saying.
and no, no way. i know wayyyyyyyyyyyy more than 20 hip hop albums that i listen to front to back. so 90% is obvi an exaggeration. obviously i like to listen to all albums front to back and if i cant do that (without skipping more than a few tracks) its weak and it is a slight on the artist and their ability to make an album/craft in general.
and before anyone says anything. Canibus is guilty of this as well but he's got one classic so ima ride his dick like y'all are ridding Red's.
real shit: Canibus is a better writer than Red.
Rip the jacker aint fuckin with reds first 3 albums Sorry.

2000 BC is though
Muddy waters, dare is a dark side and Whutt? are all heat in my opinion. Classic material for. Like 2pac, I enjoyed his first 3-4 albums way more than the rest of his catalogue.

21 i think if i counted right. and i didnt even mention the ones that were straight off the dome.
that was just a lil mix of the most recent hip hop ive been listening to while at work.
I don't really skip tracks on any albums I listen to. I don't listen to albums if they have more than one or 2 bad tracks. Even that's pushing it. Like I prob won't listen to the new MK album again cos it has 2 shitty songs on it.
Skits are an exception. Since I got back into listening to hip hop a bit I'm trying to make an effort to just delete skits so I don't have to bother skipping them.
I've been on some if you can't make a good album then I don't give a fuck about anything you do, shit, for many years now.
Your not much of a hip hop fan if there is only 20 or so albums you can listen to all the way through
