I also don't think the police have the energy for it anymore. Most murders aren't investigated if there isn't blatant probable cause or a suspect in custody within 48 hours.

It would blow your mind how useless cops are. They spend most of their careers on traffic tickets and settling petty domestic disputes statistically.

Thats interesting. I can't imagine what the future effects of growing up in the internet age on those susceptible to mental illness will be but not good, I imagine.

You need to be quite smart to kill people for months or years without getting caught as well. DNA stuff must make that difficult to do these days. Because if there was a killer and he was killing somebody other than hookers or homeless etc the pressure would be on for the police and the guy would get caught before he racked up a big body count. hahah i remember watching a documentary or something about this on Netflix, i think. and lemme tell you what. for some reason it was funny. since these drug addict chicks got raped and killed they were trying to portray them in some great lighting like they were amazing human beings and not whores who woulda done anything for a fix while also being a 'mother' hahaha. but glad that one chick got away and straightened her life out if i recall she was the biggest bitch that dude picked and that dude was not a big dude at all. he looked smaller than me. so he probably didnt have enough/good enough crack to put out the bigger girls.

TSA did bring up a good point about local authorities not being able to handle it because nowadays all their work gets handle for them. whether by suicide, or some sort of tattle tale or the suspect themselves are just not smart to begin with. but dont you think they'd eventually get the help of the FBI on some Twin Peaks/Criminal Minds shit if it was that serious.

this reminds me of how dumb people are, there was this baby raper from Ohio (shout out Dooch) and he was on the run and was federally wanted, not even two weeks ago. and he stopped in my hometown while on the run one at one of the local bars and was just chilling. then he stopped at a Giant Eagle Get Go. Conneaut, Ohio aka The Scum Capital of the World/where Dooch is from i think, is only 20 minutes from my hometown. youd think youd flee for a lil longer than 20 minutes before you stopped for a beer.

Most criminals are dumb. The myth of the smart criminal is something hollywood made up and when one is found the put a lot of emphasis on the person so that it seems like they're not an exception. I worked in criminal justice and they're nearly all retarded, the ones that aren't retarded are insane in a retarded way and it causes them to get caugth easy because insanity = patterns.

full blown crazy ppl are more predictable than the average person. If someone's crazy and likes going to Ihop at 3am to tell people who he killed, he'll do exactly that. A lot of the mental illnesses that lead to dangerous criminality are synonymous with predictable patterns, stupidity, and the inability to execute and coordinate a multi-faceted plan.
