Paid In Full probably convinced a solid 45k 13 year old to sell crack to their community and stop eating swine off the packaging alone
The back cover has 5/5 of the biggest kingpins on the street level in NY and they don't even mention any of that in the album content.

This is album art, when you said packaging I thought of Mmm Food which came in a silver food wrapper.
Yeah this is a classic cover, actually a lot of 80s and 90s LPs had great art, it seems like in the 2000s labels stopped giving a shit.
