How do I make my smart phone useable?

Yeah so I've had a few of these things. Never made on properly useable with the Net. By that I mean I've gotta Play it safe or it's just fucking chaos.

Like I'll browse porn pics in Google but then if I go to the source of a pic it's just a fucking mess. Pop ups everywhere. Hanging. Just fucking hitting back constantly till it's all over.

I have an Android. Always have. Only shit I have on it is 360 security, in regards to this matter.

Just now I wanted to read up properly on the August Ames suicide. Trying to read some articles from the sun maybe I think it was. Fucking nightmare. Pop up shit everywhere. Redirecting. Fucken shit. Gave up. Should've been asleep half an hour ago.

What do I need to do to make my shit run properly?

I use Firefox with Adblock and Ghostery as extensions. No pop ups, no adverts. Isn't this shit common knowledge in 2017 lol
