HAhahaahahaaaa I think he has an great sound but stupid priorities. If he was about paper and didn't think like a 35 year old gay when it comes to output, he'd build a hell of an audience.
He’s unique but his style is more fitting for one of this open mic poetry type things.
If he ever did make it, it would be as part of some grass roots hip hop movement and even then he’d be some really underground cat that only the most pretentious of connoisseurs will know of.
But he would definitely be looked at as a genius by those 12 people.

ive asked TSA for input before on how to make these "business moves" but he was upset with either me and the corp or else just me or else just the corp at the time being.
so in the meantime i will continue to work on full length albums and whenever/if ever the time cums i will see how i feel.

the kid who used to shoot my videos has since sold his camera, its not that i have no interest in making videos but it has everything to do with i want my videos to each be as different and unique as each one of my albums and tbh i have had a hard time coming up with ideas for videos as i am not trying to just make a video and go hey hey! look at me! look at me rap. nah that is something you have to listen to, and listen to over and over again, hence why more effort, time, and energy is put into writing and recording etc etc.
and as for that youtube comment... Mister Yo may not be making paper in a business mogul type of the way but he's still got haters just like Jay-Z

Uzi: before he got all his cash he was a soundcloud rapper. im pretty sure he never shot any audience pulling videos. those didnt come until LUV is Rage 1. NOW this dude is strapped but since he did what you would call "getting paper" he hasnt been dropping shit since. yes he dropped LUV is Rage 2 BUT it took forever to release due to the way he signed and also it was trash compared to 1.
Boat: almost the same thing. he dropped a solid mixtape and caught on with one fucking track. and im pretty damn sure there wanst even a music video for that shit out at the time. NOW Boat sucks ass, his latest release (his debut album) was bad.
Thugger: being from ATL (and good) got lucky and hooked up with not only Gucci but TI as well. i also think he was a gang banger at one point in time so i doubt he was taking music that seriously when they were all pushing other shit to make paper. nevertheless after his grind coming up (SS1 and 2, the music video for Danny Glover, not to forgot all the ICFN) he got signed and hooked up with manager Cohen and has been steadily going downhill ever since.
in short people only interested and actually making lots of money can be wack.
now like look at people like J. Cole and Kendrick. they had a steady rise from dropping their first few mixtapes to then making it "big" or bigger than they were. and with them they werent dropping many music videos in that time. J. Cole had The Come Up, The Warm Up and idk if he ever dropped The Blow Up but then he made a business move (stalked Jay-Z it kinda seemed) and released The Sideline Story (which was a sell out) but now hes back to doing his own thing and look where he's at now.
pretty much same thing with Kendrick Lamar, minus being from Compton. Dre helped him out with Maad City BUT fucking what the fuck did the tape before Maad City do, Section 80? not a damn thing because the EP and OD were a lot better.
i'm making my moves G, and its pretty damn difficult tbh, trying to go places and impress people that should simply be impressed by what i have to offer on its own. but what aint difficult is making Mister Yo's music, bottling it up and releasing it while the fire is walking with me and i'm not chasing it. i'm inspired by the dudes/groups i grew up listening to and other than in the hip hop world (or else just you, TSA), if your making good music, people will love it and stand by you no matter what.
