    Hood health is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. Black people in general usually do not take good care of themselves. Many of us, even knowing we have certain afflictions, tend to deal with them very lackadaisically. I remember Ruck's wife saying his doctor recommended a c pap machine for him, but Ruck refused saying he is not sleeping with a fucking breathing machine, but perhaps that machine could have saved his life assuming that his sleep apnea was the cause of his death.

    trololo, get contact next week, then custody in june/july. had court end of feb 4 days in court, magistrate found my ex to be deceptively manipulative.

    Lol I've always wondered who made up the accepted narrative that it's cowardly. I mean maybe OD'ing with sleeping pills or co2 exhaust from your car would be. However leaping from a sky scraper or into a lions den at a zoo is pretty badass.
