fire. I would legit take a whole Uey album over these kind of beats as long as he's bringing the bars like he has been
I hope the whole mixtape sounds as good as that freestyle
DAAAAAAMNNN!! Uey's the best in Wu right now! He totally feels the new sound
"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth" (Rev. 3:15-16)
Dope!! The full mixtape drops tomorrow!
Peace!
That was dope! Nice flow and bars on point
Lolztf @ comments? I listened to that hoping and expecting to say something positive, as I've always had love for the god. But yeah, it was fucken awful.
^ what's awful about it? It doesn't sound like 36 chambers? Not it doesn't but it's baning 'cause it 2018 no 1993. Bars are okay. Beat is fire and Uey flow hasn't been so good in a long time

My man u-god finally no.1 in the wu.... dropping relevant shit...... he has always aspired to this and felt hard done by, uey let’s see what venom is like you may have made it lol
So are we just gonna ignore the fact that he misspelled his name lmfao
We do it for the people.
^ yeah he said something like That's you G, G-O-D, the Allah (that's the optimistic version) but it's highly possible he just said "That's U-G-G-O-D-D, Allah" XD

I'm out of touch with hip hop, but I still dig plenty of New shit on the rare occasions I hear it. I just thought this was wack tho. Worst part was I thought his line structure was shit. Cramming in too many syllables n shit. Disappointing cos the god usually has a sick flow.
Absolutely not tryna hate at all. I listened to it with intent to comment, n expected it to b positive, but yeah, just wack as fuck to me.
It sounds like the whole thing went over your head. This is a Metro Boomin track with two giants from Atlanta where cramming syllables is what’s happening right now. So U-God is showing that he can do whatever on any type of beat and do it well. He says, “I heard the bounce changed but the flow remains the same” (meaning legendary). But you can’t be out of touch with hip-hop and get all this.
That Metro Boomin/21 Savage/Offset tape is fire.
