plot : a cop with martial arts skills travels back in time to FUCK UP Hitler. yes, it's pretty deep

everything was filmed in one and the same location. the director could only afford one cop uniform so he filmed the actors separately with the costume on, then pasted them into the same shot. talk about low budget

lol David Hasselhoff is involved in installment one (theme song) and has signed on for the big budget version too
