There’s a few different kinds but they all suck if your ask me. Razor sharp needle thorns on them too. You can shape them nice but your better getting a nice juniper for that.

If your laying sod it’s pretty simple. Put a layer of top soil down, lay it and water it regularly.

Hey Dooch, I just hit my lawn with a nice weed & feed. It’s killed the dandelions and my grass is really green, however I got a lot of clover and violet. Do I have to spot spray that?

Clover is harder to kill. I’d recommend a spectracide spot spray. Several rounds throughout the year.

The smaller clover, with the yellow flowers is oxalis. Try pulling as much as you can of that. It’s actually got a woody stem.

^I always cut it down to the root.

Who here cuts their neighbor's grass for free? I have one who won't cut it.

There’s a 90 year old lady next to me. Her yard is tiny. Takes me less than 2 minutes. I cut hers. Her kids have never thanked me. If I didn’t do it, they’d have to make a special trip over and they’re in their 70s

Cutting it down won’t kill it. You’ve got to get the root out.

Oxalis and clover are a bitch. Very resilient.

I don’t know where you live but the city usual cuts it once it’s a nuisance and chargess(fines) the person like 250.

All my neighbors are good with their lawns. The guy nextdoor has a lot of dandelions but he finally got it sprayed this year.

I was going to offer to spray the front for him but he got it down I was shocked.

Most people don’t realize the importance of the weedwhacker. Not using one and edging is like getting a haircut without a neck shave or a line up.

It’s the final touch that makes the lawn look professional.

My grass game is starting to look decent. The easement still has some patches because of a tree. Overall, I'm pleased. I'll post pictures soon.

We don’t care about your lawn. We just want to see pictures of that coffee table.

I wanna see the lawn, considering he's been talking about it now for years.

Oh nvm, that was ironman talking about posting pics. Unless we can convince both dooch and him to submit pics, then we can judge these lawn bois.
