In the clip she says it *could* include the album, in the text says it *must* include it. So which one is it? Is the ruling (video or transcript) publicly available somewhere?

Federal prosecuters had officially asked for the album among other things in their filing. That filing has now been approved so the assumption is strong for the album to be among the assets that'll be taken.
I assume it would go to some kind of auction? I’m sure he can appeal the ruling.

So if he turns it over to the feds, do the feds technically own the album?

I'm still wondering how you could actually prove, in court, that you own the rights to the music on that CD given that there's no copy of it. Would you just have to rely on collaborators vouching for you or did you somehow register the actual music (e.g. in sheet form) and lyrics somehow/somewhere?
Edit: Let's assume for example that someone rips the album and anonymously sends, say, my mother a CD-R of it, without any further info. How could she actually be charged with violating IP if she distributes it, given that she has no way of ascertaining if copyrights are actually being violated by doing so?

honestly i guess it would be cool to listen to the OUATIS tracks but at this point at least for this long time wu fan it wont bother me at all if i never hear them.
Now these are some joints i would like to hear - 1st bobby digital lp instrumentals , african killer bees presents the pillage - cappadonna german lp advance promo release , and those Prince Rakeem unheard joints that were online for a limited time to members of some fuxn website.
Also from what ive read and heard lately we may actually get some of those Shaka projects soon and those tracklists look sick !!
