    (AllHipHop News) Wu-Tang Clan frontman RZA and his brother are being sued by one of the group's longtime producers.

    4th Disciple filed a lawsuit against RZA, born Robert Diggs and his brothers, Mitchell "Divine" Diggs.

    The producer, whose credits include records for the main members of the Wu-Tang Clan, as well as affiliate groups like Killarmy, Sunz of Man, Killah Priest, Gravediggaz, and others.

    According to the producer, he has been cheated out of millions in royalties since he signed a lopsided agreement with the brothers back in 1993.

    "Plaintiff has never received an accounting statement nor any royalties under either the Production Agreement nor the Publishing Agreement, he has no idea what Recordings are
    being claimed by Defendants under the Production Agreement nor what Compositions are being claimed under the Publishing Agreement," 4th Disciple claims in his lawsuit.

    "We reached out several times to RZA and his brother Mitchell, through their longtime attorney, and they refused to address the situation," 4th Disciple's lawyer Kevon Glickman told AllHipHop.com.

    4th Disciple also claims he has never received accounting for any of his productions over the course of the last 25 years.

    "Its a shame that with all of the success of the Wu Franchise, it will take a lawsuit to force the Diggs brothers to face their contractual responsibilities," his lawyer Kevon Glickman added.

    4th Disciple is seeking a full accounting oaΩ, in addition to at least $500,000 in damages.

    The word jerking and that chick in Big Rock's sig should not be allowed together. Ha. In regards to the topic, who's next ? I mean we can only defend RZA and Divine so much. They are the common denominators in all these. I will always defend RZA musically for most of his career. But as a person and business wise he is definitely suspect. Let's not forget the whole Poetic situation. Peace

    There was an interview with Poetic a little before his death. Might have been in Blaze magazine. Poetic basically called RZA a snake and said RZA never reached out to him when he became ill. Peace

    I believe 4th Disciple is living in Pittsburgh now, but he has 2 New York attorneys. Not that he couldn't have linked up with these guys somehow, but I wonder if the attorneys know something about this and contacted 4th Disciple and not the other way around.

    That's the end of the Wu-Tang Clan. I don't wanna blame nobody but that's how shit ends when the money comes in. Everyone's getting old and being able to tour and getting laid with groupies ain't enough yet and people wanna get their money.

    If RZA had the agreement and 4th gave 100% of his work to Wu-Tang Production or whatever it's called, then it's gonna be a looong lawsuit. On the other hand, how's that possible that people know they're being robbed and they don't wanna do anything and it takes them 20 years to come to a conclusion "hmm, maybe I should take care of my business since RZA doesn't seem to give a fuck"

    There's this interview with Myalansky & Joe Mafia where they talk about how they set up their deal with Wu-Tang Records. Rza's cousin Mook was running that label. They said that they tried to straight up jerk them dudes. They didn't sign the contract on sight and Mook started talking to them on some street shit. They said they later ended up stealing the contract from them and got outta dodge (because Mook found out and had like 40 niggas looking for them) and had their lawyer look at it. Their lawyer ended up being the guy who taught Mook's lawyer everything he knew and he informed them that their contract was shit lol. So Their lawyer calls up Mook's and lets them know whats going on and they ended up fixing the contract so they wouldn't get jerked.

    I find that mysterious as well.

    How difficult is it to make a deal with rza then later on you get nothing?

    After a month I'm calling rza and getting my lawyer, not after 20 years.
