No one is asking for a 36 chambers redo

all I’m saying is, Rza can still bring the grit in an updated fashion, did he not pull thisbwith wutang forever ? It’s nothing even close to 36 chambers and yet, it’s an album that defines wutang clan and their sound without question, all I’m saying is he can do it again and he still got it, not too long ago, talib kweli released a song he produced, u would be fronting if yo didn’t think that beat was hard as fuck

^ RZA just chooses not to make those sort of beats. That's the problem.

You know who could make wu sounding/gritty beats for a wu album? Muggs. He's fallen off exactly not at all. Too bad it will never happen.

While I don't disagree (completely, at least), not all of those listed are putting out fire like they used to. Many have evolved and sound is very different from back in the day.

Hook me up with some fresh grimey beats dude from muggs.

The Wu need kung fu samples and loops for the beats. Without these ingredients, it will be trash.

Their beats won't sound like you're expecting. Same as Rza, he can't re-create the Golden Era.

One of the biggest error they can do is trying to get "wu-sounding" beats outside of the wu. There wasn't so much successful attempts ( like the Easy Mo Be produced "The End", or the more personal No Id proposition "Metal Lungies" ).

They just should choose moods which respect their roots and suit their current state(s) of mind.

Each time that i listen to those songs, i think about the clan.

    She is a RZA admirer

I don't know if it counts but...

Loops. Just loops. Greatest artform in the world, and nobody does it better.
