yeah dawgz what i did on this joint, is the opposite of the low-end theory in boom bap where you split the sample into bass frequencies and the rest of the melody then you play only the filtered bassline on the verse and play both samples , the full joint on the chorus

I made this in Ableton Live but what i did was i played the sample on the verse part and at the chorus i played another copy of the melody but pitched up one octave and a bit of mild of mild distortion. i doubt the MPC could ever do this to satisfaction but in modern DAWs its alright
