Can I please have this account disabled permanently?

I no longer post here regularly anymore and I am having a reoccurring issue with a number of my social media accounts with no explanation as to why I have '0' friends (as I didn't add any), except it still reflects having '1' friend, to which I am unsure why this is the case and can only conclude some form of monitoring (proceeds to wear tinfoil hat).
