I don't know if this fits the debate /argument, but Muggs is still making solid beats. He has a lot more coming this year too. So looks like he got his hip hop mojo back. Is RZA still making beats? Not really that we know of. And ABT is last album he really did which is going on 4 years ago. Time will tell. Peace

I've heard many times people mention Wu as their inspiration but rarely Cypress Hill.
Because they nut huggin and don't know fuck all about Hip Hop.

I doubt they even know the members of Wu.. They know Wu as a Brand at most...

The youth are in completely different worlds. And there ain't nothing wrong with that, They're welcome to their mumble shit.

Go to a Cypress show and you'll see how relevant they still are, Shows are packed solid.

Muggs is miles ahead of Rza in 2018... This new Muggs Assassination Day LP is going to be fire...

I personally don't care what a grown man wears.

call me what you want, but I cannot fully appreciate an artist if I dont like the way he dresses.

for me hip-hop is all about style.

Do you know how I understand by being relevant? Dolly Parton still rocks shows with thousands of people at her show but is she relelvant to the music? Don't think so. Wu is not as relevant as it used to be. RZA is and people (even young) know him.

"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth" (Rev. 3:15-16)

^ Nah RZA always wanted to expand the vision. Even 36 Chambers was experimental in 1993.

Out of all the 90s artists it seems Wu still have the most relevance to the modern music scene. DAYTONA is the biggest rap album this year and Push said it was inspired primarily by Cuban Linx.
