Blasphemous. Both songs give the album flavor it needs. Second coming in particular is great.
That goes for black shampoo as well
When i think of filler on wtf i think of songs that are good but just aint as good as the other songs on the album. Those songs? : deadly melody, duck seazon, visions. Deadly melody and duck seasonz beats are boring as fuck and plod along with zero gusto. Duck season got classic bars but its wayyy too slow to appear at end of disk 2.
deadly melody comes after a stream of vclassic after classic:
end of disk 1 into the classic 2 intro, beyond epic triumph and impossible, the great lil ghetto boys... i to deadlu melody... yea. Straight skipperoo

Even the skits were classic. Theres definitely songs that take longer to appreciate. Some of the beats are weird and the raps are more complicated than most Wu records.
I skip Black Shampoo, and sometimes The City. Maybe because they're solo songs they don't come off as well in context. Black Shampoo is like a weak U-God album track. The City would actually be a highlight on a Deck album but its still weaker than most of Forever. Dog Shit is a fantastic solo on Forever though.
The Projects, The City, Black Shampoo and yeah Wu Revolution and Second Coming
B-rock, it's pretty obvious you don't have a day job.
The intro is lame, Second coming is a little more doable but unnecessary too. I always listen to Projects. It's easy listening to me (which the album doesn't have much of since it's so dense), the City as well. I can see skipping them because if you're listening to forever you're not listening for digestibility. The City's beat is nuts
Fillers :
Wu revolution
The projects
Black shampoo
Meh tracks :
Severe punishment
Deadly melody
Duck season
if i was able to stay home all day in my black panther pj's like you while my wife was at work, i'd think about taking a business 101 class so i could have at least one business that lasted longer than six months.
I wish the songs on the future Wu album were half as good as the fillers on Wu-Tang Forever.
"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth" (Rev. 3:15-16)
I am surprised so many people seem not to like Deadly Melody. That song represents everything that Wu Tang geeks go crazy for.
I don't know that you can really define Wu Revolution as 'filler'. I think you're all using the wrong word there. But yeah, certainly it's a fucking woeful, embarrassing slab of decaying dogshit, and every sane person has skipped it every listen since first hearing it.
The Tekitha song I don't think I've heard since '97 either, but again, I wouldn't say it's 'filler'. Actually a pretty cool idea to have that song at the end.
Projects to me is the closest thing to filler, but I think plenty of people like it, so can't really call that filler either. I don't skip it either, it's just my least favourite of the regular songs. Oh except Black Shampoo. Again, really not 'filler' at all. Just a song I don't really care for. It added a different flavour though, and plenty of people like it.
For those who don't understand, 'filler' means exactly as the word suggests, shit that is there to fill space and extend the length of the release, but not of an adequate quality to warrant being there. There is no such thing on Forever, whether anybody says there is or not.
Not really. If anything, a few tracks on disc 2. This is a perfect album otherwise
