Amazing film. Everything about it is viscerally brutal and emotional. I cried like a bitch.

The flag controversy was bullshit. The US flag was always featured according to early reviewers and they didn't add anything, it was like a 2 second clip.

They haven't made a profit yet either.

I like Goslings performance. He definitely doesn't go overboard, but I think Armstrong had to be that stoic, no bullshit type of guy to do what he did.

i heard there was some controversy from sjws over the cast not being diverse enough. lmao they would have rather had the rock and madea in the movie than any type of accuracy. speaking of the rock, sjws are also upset cause they dont think he's dark enough to play the part of john henry. lmao

I only liked Gosling in that opening scene of Drive.

I think I actually like the soundtrack more than the movie. Seems like movie execs were heavily invested in the idea of Gosling being the next Brad Pitt. Weird choice since he just stares at people and random objects for 90 seconds average.

Drive is the shit. Especially the opening scene and the music like you said.
