Also launched what could have been an excellent solo career for Holocaust had he been properly handled at the time, this was back when he was annihilating anybody he appeared with. Not even Killa Sin could stand up to him when he was in this phase. Looking back, it is not as bad as it was made out to be upon its release, but still far from Rza's best work. On a side note, Redman's Doc's Da Name also dropped on this day in 1998.

I would say this is Rzas best album along with Digital Bullet.

I remember my older cousin talking about this album and how bad I wished I had money to get it. I was 12 at the time. This was a great time period for the wu brand in my opinion.

True. I think Holocaust was on the verge of signing with Rawkus after this album dropped. Rza and Divine apparantly stalled the deal. A few years later he was fucked up on angel dust and spitting like he was an Irish retard.

I prefer Digital Bullet. But this one was still very good in my opinion. N agreed on losing out on Holocaust. This guy needed a Wu style album around this period. Always thought RZA looked real corny with that whole mask thing. That was a bad look. Peace
