His work with Czarface is better. This isn't an album that I'll be wanting to go back to. It's not bad, it's just not a memorable release and Deck can do better on the mic.

Agreed. Czarface is decent to ok, overhyped imo.
That Who Run It track with Streetlife is my fav joint off this album. It is a Rza-esque beat, circa Iron Flag.
Not really liking this Hellfire dude though. I'm very surprised Masta Killa is not on this album, would have much better suited MK than this yawn emcee Hellfire.
I also don't understand why Ghostface is not on this. I was certain that he would be, given that their albums have the same creative teams behind them.
I am baffled why the more famous generals don't come through for Deck on his solos. Maybe Deck himself doesn't ask for their contribution. Who knows?
In any case, GFK and Masta should have made appearances on this album.
Is it me or is MastaKil keeping an even lower profile than usual these days?

Masta Killa is like Kendrick Lamar, he puts music out when he is ready.

The closest is the scratch samples on the Chamber No.9.

We all would like to know?

The album is good. Expected a bit more after seeing the comments here tho. Beats are mostly great, some of the hooks is pretty bad. Favorite tracks are easily 9th Chamber and Cant Stay Away. Cannot hate on that who Run It track either, that is dope lol. Flow and lyrics are a bit weaker than on the Czarface stuff i you ask me. Never got the hate for those efforts, some of the tracks go really hard.

Blind bought the CD pack to support Deck. Glad I did, still loving the album.
