I got respect for U-God. He got a great voice and he's a real street dude but he would still be only street dude if it hadn't been for RZA 25 years ago. Living that life he lived then he probably would've been killed in 1990s

My point is at no time did anyone say those songs were ever wack. Cuban linx is considered flawless to many. Never mind the soundtrack cuts semi automatic, killah hill niggas, st ides... noone says any of this is wack. Ever. Ever ever. Winter warz is one of most beloved tracks on ghosts album and black jesus def gets love. Were not talking about marvel and poisonous dartz here.

The issue with this dude is that he makes no sense, he is the dude with the lowest clout you find in most groups who end up wanting to lead, kinda reminds me of the whole busta vs leaders of the old school saga when we all knew busta was the stand out but these dudes just wouldn't accept that and alienated him and now he is a successful artist and they are nobodies.

lets all cut the bs and admit it, he is jelous of Rza, he uses Rza's formula's then gets mad when he realizes he isn't as good at executing things as Rza is. again, yeah he has had good verses in wu early albums but theres a difference between a good verse and an impactful verse , and we all know which category he falls under.

as for the 4th disciple situation and his debut album. 4th disciple is a killarmy member and a Rza protege, i doubt he too wanted to contribute beats to this dude, im preety sure this behavior has been consistent from the start, people tend not to wanna help you when you undermine their attempts.

Ugods mad at rza cuz rza had 50 mcs under him and during WUTANGS PRIME he went with a whole new team. when they woulda been better off focusing on the ten he started with. Ugod didnt have a solo career to fall back on so he more than anyone makes sense to do that.

Im not saying how he feeling or telling “he jealous of rza” cuz om not ugod but i def see what he saying. Name a producer who made 50 mcs work... very few.

We didnt live his life. Labeling him bitter cuz of a few interviews 20 years after the fact is imo silly.

Noones ever gonna convince me we were better off with rza choosing killarmy and black knights/northstar over ugod and deck. Ever. On top of that dopium is a solid project, prolly best one since CL2. Ugod got it in him and i think he deserved that opp.

Black Knights and North Star definitely could have been handled better in the late nineties/early 2000's. But it is what it is and it just did not happen for certain people. The biggest tragedy is still Holocaust/Warcloud's Rza helmed album never seeing the light of day. If I could have just that alone, I would be satisfied.

I've never understood that either about Ugod's attitude to Intell. It's not like Intell is riding his dad's coat tails. Dude is seriously talented. I would be proud of my seed. I can't believe he is jealous of his own offspring.
