i Can't believe that people actually criticized these 2 clearly dope beats from Rza..like seriously..compared to whats been on the latest wu albums, you would think people would be estatic about the fact that he can still pump out hard drummed , sample chopped madness, instead people want more...like look, if you are still waiting for obfcl type beats...move on, he is in a different state of mind,...CAN DUDE EVER WIN WITH YALL?

First the deck Album. Now the 2 rza nas tracks. Thanks 4 this.
I saw an Interview with the wu. Where he says that he does not Support the american president. Rza was a lil bit confused After hearing it. I respect rza but on this topic im with deck 100%.
I think that trump is a racist.
The new deck Album plus the two rza nas tracks are the best way for me to forget the troubles in this World for 50 minutes

Love these two Rza joints. Nas has done justice to them mercilessly. Can someone elaborate if these are relatively recent Rza joints (i.e produced by him in the last few years), or are these joints from Rza's vault? He mentioned that he gave some vintage cuts to Nas and Busta about a decade ago. If it is the latter case, then why in God's name did he not present these tracks to the clan?? That Tanasia joint is more Wu sounding than anything on 8D or ABT.
If this is freshly made, then Rza clearly still has it in him.
Ghost should get Due Lilz and Wigs to kidnap Rza and lock him in the 36 Chambers, with nothing but stained blunts to feed him and Shaw Bros flicks on rotation for entertainment. After a few months we will have enough material for the next Clan album and more.

“As far as the Wu brothers, whatever we do, we do it. Sometimes we premeditate it, sometimes it’s just done naturally. I’m more in a natural mode right now. I got 500 beats in my crib. So if anyone wanna come over and collect them, they can collect them. We had a lot of other brothers come over. Last year, I was home and people like Busta came over and got some beats, Nas came through… My door is open.”

    RZA quote from January 2012.

They're probably beats from the 2000-2010 era. Actually 8 Diagrams has a very Wu, sample based sound, but certainly with ABT his approach to making beats was fundamentally different. He said most of the album he composed like a musical score and had musicians come in to play it.

Ghostface is handling the next Clan LP, and he knows RZA has a stash of all these joints so hopefully he'll dig in the vault. Like the tracks I posted RZA still has dope beats, but we don't know how old they are. It might be that the only record he's actually produced this decade is ABT.

if you're hating on "Tanasia" then I don't know what yall expect from RZA now.

Why some of yall hatin' on 8 Diagrams? Listen to it today, it has wonderful beats and very Wu-oriented. I wish they released such album today.

"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth" (Rev. 3:15-16)

    VINTAGE rza....

Its funny because lil songs have been trickling out over the years.. ever since around cuban linx 2, rzas beats have this vibe.

these two, molasses by earl sweatshirt, the game/rev burke track, rockstarta and smoking barrells, new wu. Started with 8d

these two blow away everything on a better tomorrow. That album was obviously made in a different way. Ugod stated rza gotta stop just jumping in a studio and whatever they come up with, thats what they release. Said rza needed to let shit cook. This is cooked to perfection.

Its just weird to me how rza left his style behind almost 20 years ago, it got picked up by the likes jdilla alchemist and mqdlib, became hot again, and now you hear these tracks they sound almost like the shit those guys do today just these are obviously old as fuck. Signs of being way ahead his time

btw. Nas said on his tidal interview that he talked to rza about FINISHING THEIR ALBUM....

so that means theres more. Rza was supposed to produce nas album with swizz/kanye before nasir became a kanye project...

ive acceppted that wu and rza are never gonna get on the same page again...

but if rza can cook up shit like this with NAS...for a whole album... oh my... oh my indeed. Literally only thing im looking forward to. These are the best beats on the nas album. Only rza can make shit this unique/off but still on.

Anyone saying they wack dont even understand wutang. Shit sounds like cuban linx beats. Theyd fit in with verbal intercourse for gods sake.

btw. @cilvaringz or whoever keep editing all my shit, you edit my sig and status one more time...euro dutch cac wus punching bag wannabe morrocan dont look like french montana tho, typing in white privilege. Dare id say the wu killa bees give you that moniker. Shiiiiiit. I laughed tho.

Even at this stage of their careers, a Nas n RZA album would be f#ckin’ epic. However it will probably come out right after the Nas n DJ Premier album. So these 2 tracks r what we will have to hold onto. Peace

I liked most the beats on 8D more than these. I think. I only had a quick listen to part of these tracks. But I've never had any issue with the beats on 8D. Most of them r bangaz, yo.
