Default Ghostface Killah X Knxwledge - Love Session

Mashup I made the other day of Ghostface Killah's 'Love Session' and Knxwledge's 'JostLike'.

Wu should get some beats from Knxwledge. The guy puts out shitloads of beats all the time, not all of them are this good but he has plenty of soul beats that would suit Wu.

Always working on stuff, just takes time to work through it all. I guess subscribe to my youtube and shit like this will pop up from time to time.

Done deal. Props to you bro. My “advice”, I guess you could call it that, try to use lesser known verses or songs. Not sure if you ever heard that memory man/Raekwon tape but I feel like that was super dope and successful because it sounded like new material. I always wanted to hear someone mix better beats over wu a cappellas. There’s definitely some tracks that have dope verses but are lacking on the beat side of things. Example, immobilarity or tical 0. Would love to hear tical 0 mixed with some dilla, Mf doom, madlib, cilvaringz, bronze, or even necros earlier beats. Just some thoughts.

    dope shiznit!

the 2nd beat (Daringer) is kind of wu flavored itself, love it. fits the mighty healthy lyrics like a glove and would have fit in on the original SC album

I was not familiar with these 2 beats

Thanks. I mashed 'What's Happenin' from Tical 0, I used a Clams Casino beat though so more of a modern sound.

The trouble with the obscure stuff, sometimes the songs aren't that great but yeah I try to find shit that works. Madlib is a good idea, they haven't worked with him enough. Weirdly I was listening to Necro's instrumental albums a few days ago.

Daringer released an instrumental LP recently that was full of moody beats like that. Knxwledge is dope, he has an insane amount of beats.

I thought the Tyler, The Creator mashup worked really well (the beat switches fit the verses well), the Clams Casino / Meth & Busta mashup you posted earlier on didn't do much for me but I see what you were aiming for with that one

    props on the dope output

Thanks, yeah a lot of people commented that the Tyler beat has a RZAish flavor, so it works nicely. The other one is something you'd probably never hear those guys rapping on (although possibly Busta if he was still putting records out) but it's more interesting to do something leftfield every now and then.
