TSA I'll look that book up.
Sha I agree psychology has a lot of validity. I used to read a lot of psychology books. But I also believe there's a lot of room for interpretation within it, and unfortunately very few people in this world r actually able to think for themselves and would rather just stick with what somebody else told them. What they were taught.
For a long thyme I considered studying psychology, and that's one of the main reasons I didn't. Because I have my own opinions on what motivates people to do what they do, and that doesn't work in a study or professsional environment. U have to go by the book.
I say fuck that shit right to hell.
I examine the motivations for everything I do. I torture myself with shit like that. I can't help it. It's a good thing to do, but not at the level I do it, because I'm also intensely hard on myself for my shortcomings.
That's y I say talking to therapist would b a mess. They'd b giving me their textbook opinion on things I constantly examine myself from a first person perspective, with an open mind. I'd really have to believe in that person to gain anything from or probably even to not constantly argue with them n arrogantly dismiss everything they said.
