He says Cilvaringz paid him for his verse, then uses an analogy in which a construction worker doesn't get paid. huh?
Admits Cilvaringz put a few grand in his pocket, then calls him a bloodsucker? How many people giving Dom thousands of dollars for verses these days? Not many.
C'mon son.
These hip hop radio shows are the hip hop versions of The View. Sounds like gossiping female birds clucking.
So he did get paid a couple grand, wonder why he aint complained back then?
N.I.
cilvaringz was a great addition to the wu camp...too bad dudes hated on him...he has the wu sound down packed and i wish he did more beats for the wu
Are you working on any particular projects right now Cilvaringz?
Dudes don’t say much because they all shook from the Rza co-sign.
Peace to Rza
Only a few years ago Hip Hop purists may have felt superior listening to hard core while their less enlightened companions snacked on commercial rap. As Shaolin research began to point out the overwhelming benefits of raw production, true hip hop enthusiasts started turning back to traditional styles. Wu-Tang in particular, has been shown to myriad beneficial effects, from warding off ignorance and poverty to reducing the risk of incarceration and death.
I really would like to know who turned down that offer. I wonder if it was Prodigal Sunn since he is in charge of the Sunz Of Man albums starting with Saviorz Day.
Shaka relayed the offer to Prodigal I believe yes. No offense taken though. Man gotta do what he gotta do.
You are right. Would have been nice though.
I wish I hadn't read this thread now.
Imagine some deep Sunz darts over Weeping Tiger type beats...
I get the politics though. P.Sunn is loyal to the Wu. To accept even one C.Ivar beat would have been taken as an affront to the Clan given the anti-Cilva sentiment that has been trending in the Wuniverse over the last few years.
