    Not really a beat tape but DJ Break Tapes 1-12 are all classic beat tapes he mixed up on a 4 track with hip hop and r&b acapellas mixed over.

    Since then he seems to only mix commercial stuff that is less likeable.

    I recommend this one. I think you'll enjoy it.

    YouTube suggestion for me last week. Ideal funky 80s background music. maybe some cool samples to be had for the beatmakers?

    My japanese friend put me onto this guy, Green Assassin Dollar. Very prolific japanese producer in the mould of Madlib, Dilla etc. Has a bunch of great tapes to zone out to.

    Haha, I think this went viral a few years ago, it's probably been rinsed for samples. Cool stuff though.

    thanks for putting me on to this artist, I'm gonna check out more of his stuff. I was listening to some Madlib this morning so I'm the mood for more stuff in the same vein
