Could you specify the exact moment? I can't hear any alarm in the Wu track
"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth" (Rev. 3:15-16)
Uh? The whole song has a constant alarm sample lol
Du duuu du for lack of a better explanation 😂
There are other samples in the track but nothing that sounds like an alarm to me.
I think you might be right. Sounds like another John Carpenter theme as the music begins on the song as well (around 0:56).
And why not go all the way down The Thing rabbit hole...the song begins with a sample teaching how to become good people. Meth opens the song mentioning people trying to imitate. Cappa closes the song with the words "thing" and "copy." The ending sample is about drinking among friends. And the final scene of The Thing features the last two characters sharing a drink...at a "camp fire."
^ The strings are probably a sample from some kung fu movie soundtrack.
The Thing should get sampled though, great music in that film.
Kurt Russell always was one my favorite actors.
I hate Hollywood but I'd have fun hanging out with Kurt.
Tombstone, obviously.
He stole the show in Hateful Eight. Admit it.
Breakdown is a captivating mystery movie.
Captain Ron is silly but funny.
Kurt has the best lines in Tango & Cash. "He's standing in a puddle and it ain't rainin'"
Death Proof.
Big Trouble in Little China...
Oh, and Bone Tomahawk was badass.
