    I remember seeing the whole show on tv as an 8 year old with my parents but hardly knowing / recognizing any of the bands. but I knew this song lol. it was after this show too my parents bought a few Queen compilations, which got CRAZY airplay at Casa Incandenza

    just heard this on the radio, from the union of perennial virgins that also gifted us with 'I'm gonna be (500 miles)' , 'Let's get married' and 'King of the road'



    from their 1987 debut album 'This is the story'

    btw it looks like John Watts and his band are still steadily releasing albums under this moniker and that apparently they are even very good. I might have to check for that

    I'm gonna be (500 miles) was played a lot here, but I don't know if I heard any other songs by them. They were listed as one of the most popular scottish groups I saw. lol
