The PROMO vinyl LP version (white label generic jacket) sounds different from the CD version.

One day I'll record it and post the audio here.
thats dope! can you tell me which tracks so far you found to be different and maybe describe what the difference to the cd is ? thanks and look forward to hearing some day. peace

This is news to me...I think I have the heavy mental promo version on CD, but I don't recall the tracks sounding any different. Any additional info on the differences would be dope

For reference this is the CD

    https://www.discogs.com/Killah-Pries...elease/2138410

(I was originally looking for a version of tai chi that didn't bleep out the beginning of Hell Razah's verse when he says "it's 9-6")...but it was censored there also

By different I meant slightly different. For example, I think the promo copy has the Y-Kim version of Blessed Are Those.

Not trying to inflate anyone's expectations to expect a very different album. Just the slight differences you've come to expect from promo and advance copies.

I have some video recordings of spinning the record from a couple days ago. I hate google so i have to find an alternative to youtube to upload videos to. Once I do, I'll upload lots of videos from my record room.

In the meantime, I don't want to leave you empty handed. Here's a version of Killah Priest - Heavy MenTwo i got off claaa7's lost tapes website with some alternative versions and tracks from the same era. http://claaa7.blogspot.co.uk/

Killah Priest- Heavy MenTwo http://www.mediafire.com/file/xqa2jy...wo_c7.rar/file 42MB

There's also a different version of Heavy MenTwo with a different tracklisting. (this is probably all discussed already in another thread)

It contains a song called Gallery which is a different version of One Step. But this version isn't on my promo white label vinyl copy.

This other version, also put together by claaa7 but slightly different, is one long track.

Killah Priest - Heavy MenTwo (single long length track version) http://www.mediafire.com/file/vy6jtw..._AAC).m4a/file 55MB

    Track list
    gallery (original one step)
Blessed Are Those [Y-Kim's Original Mix]
moanin ft killa sin and shanghai
    street opera ft hell razah
    wolf in sheeps clothing
    devil in decize
    crusaides (extended)
build it up feat prodigal sunn
mind as a wepon ft hell razah
    life is a gamble
Quiet Weapons For Silent Wars ft Hell Razah & 7th Ambassador
    day of the prophets
    its over (original)
King And The Caesar (B.I.B.L.E. Premix)

Lots of the skits i recognize from Peplum movies. For example: The Robe, The Egyptian, maybe some Ten Commandments.
I might be able to rip the movies sometime and upload them. Not something I feel like doing right now.

Back when this album dropped sometime in 98, the only guy who loved it probably even more than I did was that guy Xodus from The DSC. The keystylers back on that old forum would shit on most the people hanging out in the TEmple of Darts section of this forum. There was a guy with the alias Old Berserkr who was basically accepted by consensus as the champ. I still have files on my computer from 1998 that have survived multiple hard drive crashes, rotting cdr's, etc. I'm talking real audio for the old cats here, LOL.

Any HM promo would still have the edit b/c the edit was made for the album that was set to release in 98.

This had it unedited but don't remember if it was the full song:

It does, and it's the full song, but doo wop's bitch ass is talking in the beginning lol

I ended up finding a vinyl I think that had a rhyme recka freestyle and nonchalant track where the complete tai chi was released but I never had a chance to record (or spin, for that matter) bc my turn table took a shit. I need to grab another one eventually bc I have a few things I need to rip

    Edit: this one: https://www.discogs.com/Killa-Priest-Rhyme-Recka-Nonchalant-Featuring-KRS-1-Tai-Chi-Freestyle-Intro-I-Wanna-Thank-You/release/938963

Wasn't there a whole Thread about this re-release edition on Spotify? And there was like a list of tracks still not unearthed I think. Ringz mentioned some insane tracks I believe.

On another note. I mentioned to gather some of those MenTwo tracks and such. But the quality really differs from track to track. As in audio quality.
