Thread: Black Rob sends his Condolences to “DMX” while fighting for his life...

Black Rob says he's more or less homeless after his hospital discharge

    https://hiphopdx.com/news/id.61523/t...-from-hospital

it looks like he had four strokes over the years, not just one

I know the original stroke was over high blood pressure and was considered a 'relatively mild' stroke

No good. Black Rob should've been established by now. We think that rappers are well off but we don't know what is going on behind the scenes.

Four strokes, broke, and homeless? He's getting royalties from his work so this should not be happening.

I was listening to his third (and most recent) album, on Duck Down Records (2011) again this morning. bar some club tracks there's some real bangers on there. Sean Price feature too

in an interview I watched a couple of years ago he said he completed 6 albums, so there's bound to be some good material on the shelf somewhere

I hope he gets the medical treatment he needs, and a good place to stay

Life Story definitely should have gotten the five mics also, like D.M.X., he shined the best over hardcore tracks

This is sad. A talented MC who should have been more recognized.

This track got some serious play among my peers when this albums was released.
