Pretty much everything Pro ENG named is essential. I'll add

    Big Youth - Screaming Target

Also I always thought "This is Augustus Pablo" was his best work, definitely an essential IMO

Anyone in to Prince Buster? IDK I can't really dig that original ska stuff, trying but it sounds weird

    Cool Are you into REGGAE?

lately, say the last two months or so, I've been really big on reggae. right now all I listen to is reggae and southern rock

since much of reggae, ska, rocksteady and loversrock is completely new to me I make great discoveries every day. I'm not into dancehall though, it's too busy for me

do you enjoy reggae? if so can you posts some tracks you enjoy or maybe the titles of albums any fan should get their hands on?

I was going to post Lee Scratch Perry as his own thing but I cbf doing that today lol Hal go search out the G.O.D. there's too much to go through. I saw Lee Perry compared to Sun Ra and George Clinton for their respective genres and it's hard to argue against that, he even worked with George Clinton but those three are on another level and have incredible influence. I sort my records out by genre but I have two sub sections for Parliament-Funkadelic and Wu-Tang Clan and the goal is to build up enough releases to get a Sun Ra and Lee "Scratch" Perry section.

Cloak and Dagger is my favourite though, it was the first record of his that I found although it's the UK version so a different cover to the one below and track listing

    This song is just perfection.
