Default Post your 90s album discoveries or 90s albums you think people don't know about

long story short, I was listening to Bahamadia's Kollage yesterday (thanks, hottniks) and Apani B. I only have one Apani album and saw on discogs she was also on a group album, "Rhyme Related" by Polyrhythm Addicts (1999 release, Nervous Records - small label I guess?)

incomplete YT album playlist here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atqF...RKNKW8EUJhvMFU

    DL here : http://productoilicito2.blogspot.com...ated-1999.html

was this album a big thing back when it dropped? I see it's a 'supergroup' with Shabaam Sahdeeq, Mr Complex, Apani & DJ Spinna

I see on Wiki they released a comeback album in 2007, 'Breaking Glass' (Babygrande), with Tiye Phoenix (I have no idea who this is) replacing Apani

the 1999 album is a nice listen, cool surprise to me

care to comment on this release and or post some of your 90s album discoveries? it always feels so good to get to know great releases through people on here. thanks

I would add DJ Clue-The Professional
to hotnikks list. Maybe you remember or not. It had a great lineup.

Yep. The sound is spot on for the era. If the Mc's were a little more dynamic they could of been something.
